Restore purchases
In the app, open the parents area, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.
Camera and photo library
To turn a paper drawing into a coloring page, allow camera or photo access when the app asks. If you denied access before, open your device settings and allow access for Pinti.
Imported drawings
Use bright paper, dark lines and good lighting. Avoid shadows and try to keep the full drawing inside the photo.
Delete drawings
You can delete imported drawings inside My drawings. You can also remove app data through your device settings.
Common issues
If something does not load, close and reopen the app, check your connection and try again. For purchases, make sure you are using the same store account.
