Restore purchases
If you already bought a premium area (such as syllables) and it does not show as unlocked, open the parents area, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.
Reset progress
You can restart your activity progress from the app's settings. You can also remove app data through your device settings.
Common issues
If something does not load, close and reopen the app, check your connection and try again. For purchases, make sure you are using the same store account.
